Discover the Photography Program at MCC!

Imagine a career at a commercial or portrait studio, bringing life to your customers through the magic and science of photography. Or turning chemicals and pixels into vibrant, fully-rendered images as a digital processing technician. Or possibly working for yourself as a freelance photographer, always in search of the next great shot or memorable image. With the proliferation in new media of the 21st century, photographic skills are much in demand and the MCC Associate in Arts and Sciences – Photography program will help you enter this competitive field.

Opportunities don’t stop there, either. The Photography AAS will also provide valuable skills and insights to students pursuing careers in communications, public relations, graphic design, fine arts and journalism. Upon completion, students will be ready to pursue a career in photography or transfer to a four-year institution to continue study.
