Culinary Arts Institute (CAI) students may earn an associate degree in Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts, Food Services Management or a one-year certificate in Professional Cooking or Professional Baking. CAI also offers community enrichment cooking classes for adults and youth. Our courses are taught by award-winning, certified executive chefs and food service professionals with years of industry experience.
