Student Parking for Classes at the MCC Culinary Arts Institute

Student parking is available in the Rutherford Parking Garage, 125 W. Kearsley Street, two blocks north of the Institute.

Culinary Arts Institute (CAI) students may earn an associate degree in Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts, Food Services Management or a one-year certificate in Professional Cooking or Professional Baking. CAI also offers community enrichment cooking classes for adults and youth. Our courses are taught by award-winning, certified executive chefs and food service professionals with years of industry experience.

Boasting an award-winning faculty within a 36,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility, the Culinary Art Institute features multiple culinary and baking laboratories, garde manger classroom, a chocolates and confections laboratory and a temperature-controlled wine cellar and dry-aged meat room.
