Dining Etiquette 101 for TeensWhether you’re heading to prom, a scholarship interview, or a fancy family celebration, knowing your way around a dinner table is next level. This course is designed to equip teens with the social graces and dining skills necessary for the transition into adulthood. Through a multi-course dinner, students will learn the do’s and don'ts of formal and casual dining, and gain confidence in any social setting. Please list any food allergies or dietary restrictions upon registration. |

Culinary Explorers Kids Cooking CampPrepare for a delicious adventure! This two-day cooking camp introduces children to the world of culinary arts. Young chefs will learn fundamental kitchen skills, food safety, and basic nutrition while gaining confidence and having fun. Each day includes a hands-on cooking activity, age-appropriate lessons, and a take-home recipe. Your culinary explorer will earn a certificate of achievement at the end of the adventure. |

Teen Chef WorkshopIf you've been watching the Food Network and you're ready to level up in the kitchen, then this workshop is for you! Join our Teen Chef Two-Day Workshop, a fun and interactive experience for ages 13–17 who love to experiment and want to learn how to cook like a pro. This hands-on workshop explores both savory dishes and sweet treats, giving young chefs a well-rounded taste of the culinary world. Come hungry to learn and leave with new friends, new skills, and a new level of kitchen confidence! |

UB Summer ProgramThis six-week academic summer program immerses students in the vibrant MCC campus culture while strengthening core competencies in science, math and language arts. Participants will engage in hands-on science experiments, design & create projects, and interact with professional scientists and researchers. To ensure personalized growth, every student receives an individual skill assessment. The curriculum also offers advanced mathematics including calculus and computer-based modeling alongside language arts featuring creative writing, critique techniques, and foreign language skills. Beyond the classroom, students will experience MCC campus life firsthand through workshops, guided tours and being on campus. |

This paid six week energy academy gives you insight on electric and gas careers, essential job skill building, mentoring, energy career exploration. Have the opportunity to earn up to $1,800 over six weeks this summer! |

Go for LaunchStudents are immersed in the wonder of Human Spaceflight through a variety of talks delivered by experts in the fields of space & STEM: such speakers have included an astronaut, former International Space Station (ISS) and space shuttle flight controllers, astronaut instructors, scientists, and engineers. Students get insight and feedback from experienced space and STEM professionals whose goals are to illustrate the numerous possibilities that exist in the world of STEM. A unique facet of Go For Launch! is that the students will work with an astronaut throughout each day of the event. |

Teen CEOHave a business idea you want to bring to life? Join the Teen Creating Economic Opportunities Program (Teen CEO) a seven-week summer program for ages 14-18. This allows Flint & Genesee County youth to take a business idea and develop it into a business plan. The teens will learn to write a business plan, market their business, have financial literacy, and present their business idea in a "Teen Tank" format. They will network with local business professionals for mentoring and job shadowing experiences. The teens will receive a stipend for successfully meeting the program requirements. |

Kids Pro Wrestling Fantasy CampInterested in Pro Wrestling? Learn real wrestling techniques in a safe environment from highly trained professional wrestling coaches. Students will learn this unique and fun exercise while team building and strengthening work ethic. Students will participate in a wrestling show on the last day of camp. |

Taste of JapanExplore Japanese Cooking, arts, music, games and more! Learn to count and sing songs in Japanese. Hands-on experiences with brush calligraphy, origami, and other crafts. No prior Japanese language experience required. |

AI CreatorsAI Creators Camp is a fun, interactive, three day summer experience designed to help students 10-18 explore artificial intelligence through creativity, games, and real world projects. Students will get the opportunity to create images, videos, stories and their own simple games |

Mott Fablab: 3D printing CampExperience the Fablab! Students will learn how to turn their ideas into a 3D printed project. Students will explore CAD design and learn the basics of creating 3D models using Fusion 360, building skills in creativity, problem-solving, and design. |

Game DevelopmentUnlock the world of 3D game creation! This hands-on course will equip you with fundamental programming, design, and problem-solving skills, enabling you to build interactive games from scratch using industry-standard tools: Unity and C#. |
