The Harlem Renaissance (1918–1937) was an unparalleled cultural movement that redefined African American identity and influenced music, literature, art, and performance. The Cotton Club, an iconic venue of the era, epitomized the dazzling jazz age with legendary performances and glamorous social gatherings.
At The “Croudy Club”, we brought the spirit of the Harlem Renaissance back to life with a memorable evening of live jazz, art displays, dancing, and a celebration of the rich cultural history that has shaped modern-day America and to celebrate the legacy of Lenore Croudy for what would have been her 90th birthday.
